High Season: January 4th through April 30th. You can cancel your reservation without charging 30 days before you arrive. If you cancel, modify, or in the event you do not show up, your payment will be non-refundable.
Shoulder Season: May 1st through August 15th and November 1st through December 20th. You can cancel your reservation without charging 14 days before you arrive. If you cancel, modify, or in the event you do not show up, your payment will be non-refundable.
Low Season: August 16th through October 31st. You can cancel your reservation without charging 7 days before you arrive. If you cancel, modify, or in the event you do not show up, your payment will be non-refundable.
Peak Season: December 20th – January 3rd. Cancellation, modifications, or refunds are not allowed.
